Return Policy

At Mercy Shops, we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are fulfilled by multiple dropship suppliers, return terms vary by product. Please review the applicable policy below based on your purchase.


My Online Fashion Store Products

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return: Contact us at services@themercyshops.com to initiate your return and receive an authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Free UPS prepaid return labels are available for shipments within the 48 continental United States. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid label to forward to your address.

Refund: Once the package is received and inspected at the warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Fashion & Clothing Products (Trendsi)

Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (as shown by tracking). For split-package orders, the window begins from the final package delivery date. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return submission to qualify for a full refund.

Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.

No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges of any kind for these products.

Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective item.

Restocking Fee: Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.

Refund Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items: The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Openpack Wholesale Orders

Men's Boots (Spocket)

Men's boots are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If your boots arrived damaged, please contact us at services@themercyshops.com with a photo of the damaged item. Damaged products may be eligible for a refund or replacement at our discretion.


General Guidelines

  • All return requests must be initiated by contacting us at services@themercyshops.com before sending any items back.
  • Please include your order number and reason for return in your message.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  • We aim to respond to all return inquiries within 2–3 business days.
