At Mercy & Dust, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@themercyshops.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately at hello@themercyshops.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right — fast.
